About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to join our team at Infosys Singapore & Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex digital transformation programs, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of digital transformation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve program objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of digital transformation, Agile methodologies, and technical program delivery to drive program success.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and industry developments to inform program decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or technical delivery management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and technical program delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Business acumen, with a strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and industry developments.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in implementing and scaling global digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas domain.
  • Project management certifications.
