Office Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Brisbane-based team as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a high level of customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors upon arrival and triage any inquiries as appropriate
  • Answer phone calls and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Manage stock control, including ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and raise purchase orders
  • Provide clerical support, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and collating data
  • Schedule and follow up on meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and methodical approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive approach and passion for getting things done
