Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our Director of Operations and Brisbane Support Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing calendar schedules, events, appointments, and bookings, including complex itineraries for regular regional and interstate travel;
- Coordinating team meetings, including attendance, minute-taking, and use of project management tools;
- Managing the annual leave calendar and approvals for the Franchise Operations team;
- Playing a key role in event planning for national Quarterly Franchisee Round Tables, national Quarterly Restaurant Manager Development Days, and team building days;
- Collating information for the Franchise Operations team's board submissions;
- Acting as the Office Manager for GYG's QLD support office, including being the primary point of contact for visitors, deliveries, maintenance, cleaning, building management, and security;
- Managing supplies for the QLD office, including stationery, food, drinks, cleaning supplies, and merchandise;
- Creating welcome packs for new hires, including managing restaurant uniform stock levels and office seating plans;
- Managing staff parking, including the parking bay booking system and issues management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (e.g. Office Manager with similar responsibilities);
- Effective time management skills;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Strong proficiency across the MS Office suite.
