We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill our full-time office coordinator position in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support to our team, encompassing various tasks including:
- Managing the daily operations of the office, including reception duties, mail delivery, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas throughout the day.
- Coordinating events, meetings, and activities for the office, ensuring seamless execution.
- Processing expenses, credit card reconciliation, and other financial transactions.
- Assisting with office health and safety initiatives.
- Drafting proposals, tenders, and reports, including content creation, formatting, and submission.
- Providing travel arrangements and expense claim assistance for staff members.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and energetic approach to work.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
