Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of HR Coordinator. This position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a range of initiatives and projects.

  • Prepare employment contracts, position descriptions, and employee relations documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage immigration and visa-related queries, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Advisors and Business Partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist in performance reviews, including data collection and coordination of feedback sessions.
  • Stay informed about employment law changes and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR, preferably in an administration or coordination role.
  • Experience drafting and generating employment contracts, including working knowledge of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship visa applications, working rights, and visa management.
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Workday experience is advantageous.
