
HR Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of HR Coordinator. This position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a range of initiatives and projects.
- Prepare employment contracts, position descriptions, and employee relations documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage immigration and visa-related queries, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to HR Advisors and Business Partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist in performance reviews, including data collection and coordination of feedback sessions.
- Stay informed about employment law changes and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of two years' experience in HR, preferably in an administration or coordination role.
- Experience drafting and generating employment contracts, including working knowledge of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship visa applications, working rights, and visa management.
- Excellent organizational, administration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Workday experience is advantageous.
