We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate administrative tasks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate calendars across the team to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Email and Phone Support: Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries for team members, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Project Support: Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience in an administrative role, with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
