Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining field operations, ensuring efficient coordination and dispatch of resources to meet customer demands and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to optimize resource allocation and response times.
  • Schedule and dispatch personnel to designated locations based on customer needs and service level agreements.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust scheduling as new requests arise to ensure adherence to service level targets.
  • Prioritize requests based on contractual obligations and log them into the IT Service Management system.
  • Allocate tasks to support teams and facilitate communication with customers regarding request progress and updates.
  • Educate customers on process variations when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a dispatch coordination environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer focus.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient entry of request details.
  • Tech awareness with ability to match resources to technical issues.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the service area.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and well-developed communication skills.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of operations, device maintenance, and cash collection procedures.
  • Familiarity with automated processes in Service Management Systems.
