As a Customer Success Lead, you'll drive retention, revenue growth and product adoption for our customers.
The role involves managing a high-performing team of customer success professionals, while owning a portfolio of customers across Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Guide new customers through onboarding for a smooth, high-impact activation.
- Monitor customer health scores, usage data and trends to drive proactive engagement.
- Drive retention, expansion revenue and upsells by demonstrating additional value.
- Identify at-risk accounts early and implement strategic action plans to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve issues proactively.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a self-starter mentality and solution-focused approach.
- Ownership-driven with full responsibility for managing their book of business like an entrepreneur.
- Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
