The Digital Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding customers to achieve success with ELMO products. This involves collaborating closely with the Account Management Team to ensure alignment on portfolio management and business objectives.
As a key member of the Customer Success Team, the successful candidate will work cohesively to foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and shared goals. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers is essential in driving ongoing success and value.
The primary objective of this role is to support customers in delivering value, fostering growth, enhancing satisfaction, and driving renewals and retention. This requires establishing strong, professional relationships with the Account Management Team and ensuring alignment on portfolio management and business objectives.

- Supporting the Account Management Team in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and focusing on achieving high retention of contract value.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team to support and execute marketing initiatives as required.
- Working cohesively within the Customer Success Team to foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and shared goals.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers to drive ongoing success and value.
- Undergraduate Qualification (HR, Business, Business Systems, IT disciplines preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Client/Professional Services, Customer Success or Solutions or Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance (RTA) SaaS systems is required, with a preference for candidates with KeyPay experience.
- Previous experience with other HR/Talent Management technology desired.
- Paid Parental leave - 12 weeks primary, 6 weeks secondary.
