Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a driven customer success professional with experience in the human resources sector to join our growing organization, a fintech start-up providing HR solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW CLIENTS AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Design and execute user success strategies that drive value, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage customer communication strategies for launches, updates, and ongoing engagement.
  • Analyze customer usage and satisfaction.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent experience and act on customer feedback.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborate with the technology, sales, and marketing teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the HR industry trends, customer success best practices, and emerging technologies that will help streamline your role.
