About The Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customised, inclusive job opportunities.">
  • Exceed targets, driving high performance and contributing to the growth and success of Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.">
  • Advocate for inclusive employment practices and support employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.">
  • Collaborate with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.">
  • Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realise the value of a diverse workforce.">
  • Drive business development and market growth for Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.">
  • Celebrate successes with employers and participants, showcasing the impact of inclusive employment.">
