Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our People Operations team as a HR Lifecycle Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the business by efficiently managing the employee lifecycle.

Your primary focus will be on Workday employee lifecycle processing and managing employment documentation issuance. Additionally, you will prioritize process improvement to promote efficiency and maintain high data integrity through regular data audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer company-wide employment lifecycle requests via Workday and DocuSign
  • Respond to and drive self-service for people-related policy, process, and systems queries via ServiceNow portal
  • Work closely with the People team to support enterprise activities such as annual remuneration reviews and performance reviews
  • Identify and contribute to People project activities
  • Proactively identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal processes and employee experiences
  • Conduct people data audits to maintain our high level of data integrity
  • Collate and distribute ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Maintain best practice and confidentiality in the handling and storage of employee data
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Office, and high-accuracy transaction processing and contract administration
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and understanding of People policies, procedures, and processes
  • Understanding of employment legislative, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  • Demonstrated HR Operational experience
  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of how to navigate Docusign would be beneficial
