
HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a 12-month parental leave contract, stationed at our head office.
As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary HR support to employees and managers across our operations.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective first-level HR support to employees and managers
- Administering and maintaining employee lifecycle data across our people systems
- Coordinating and managing employee lifecycle documentation
- Coordinating HR reporting and analysis, including audit/compliance activities
- Offering ad-hoc support for local and regional HR projects/initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong understanding of Australian employment laws/legislation
- Experience working with human capital management systems
- Intermediate to advanced-level skills in MS Excel, particularly in reporting/data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, prioritizing, and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
