
HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a key member of our People & Culture Team.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and collaborative individual who can manage employee records, oversee the employee lifecycle, and maintain systems. As we enhance and modernise our processes, you will embrace a continuous improvement mindset, welcoming change and fresh ideas.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide timely and accurate advice on policies, procedures, and HRIS processes via the ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the P&C system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support the enhancement of People & Culture processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with other People & Culture team members, providing ad-hoc support for the wider team and strategic projects.
- Proven experience in a shared services or HR support function, managing employee queries and HR processes.
- Proficiency in HR systems and ticketing platforms to ensure efficient case management and resolution.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance and data security.
