Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to leaders and employees on various People matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Time and Attendance System: Accurately manage the time and attendance system to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to leaders and employees on various HR-related topics, including benefits, pay, policy, and wellbeing.
  • Manage Investigations and Projects: Lead and execute performance and misconduct investigations, as well as people and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Employment Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employment records are maintained, and HR systems are updated accordingly.
  • Provide Administration Support: Provide high-level administration support, including documentation, data reporting, and other general activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as Subject-Matter Expert: Serve as a subject-matter expert for employees and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Deliver training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, 6+ months of Human Resources experience is needed.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
