Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization by effectively managing HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR activities for a team of up to 200 employees across multiple locations
  • Process and maintain employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
  • Collaborate with branch management teams on recruitment and performance management initiatives
  • Oversee employee license and accreditation compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Administer staff rewards program, fostering a positive work environment and recognizing outstanding contributions
  • Calculate long service leave accurately, considering SA, VIC, and QLD legislation
  • Execute fortnightly payroll processing, preferably using ELMO or Employment Hero systems
  • Prepare monthly reports using Excel, providing valuable insights for business decisions
  • Manage Workcover claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
About You

As a successful candidate, you will possess extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Online HR system proficiency is advantageous. Your analytical skills and problem-solving mindset will enable you to tackle complex challenges and make informed decisions. Additionally, your willingness to learn and adapt to new situations will be crucial in driving business growth and success.
