Job Title: Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. This role supports various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.

  • This involves providing coordination, administration support, and assisting employees with people-related queries.
  • You will also support HR functions, ensuring efficient operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • A key responsibility is managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining expectations of others.
  • Additionally, you will assist with staff queries, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

This role is critical in supporting staff queries, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordination and Administration Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees with people-related queries.
  2. HR Function Support: Assist with HR functions, ensuring efficient operations across the employee lifecycle.
  3. Deadline Management: Manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain expectations of others.
  4. Staff Onboarding and Relations: Assist with staff queries, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Requirements:
  1. Critical Thinking: Demonstrate a curious mind, ready to question ways of working and improve efficiency and employee experience.
  2. Planning and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  3. Knowledge and Experience: Have knowledge of People and Culture environment and strong understanding of policies and practices.
  4. Communication Skills: Exhibit great communication ability and strong planning skills.
