About the Role

We're seeking a sales professional to join our team as a NetSuite Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing NetSuite clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions to existing NetSuite clients
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives
  • Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, quote preparation, and contract execution
  • Network with NetSuite peers, leadership, and value-added teams to increase sales performance
  • Improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts
  • Analyze customer business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop growth strategies
  • Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and close business
