About Our Role

This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to deliver an outstanding patient and referrer experience.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will play a fundamental role in upholding our brand promise.

You will provide quality service to patients and specialist referrers, delivering high-quality inbound call services and interacting with patients and referrers to schedule medical imaging appointments.

Your strong customer service skills, active listening, and objecting questioning will be essential in responding to calls and enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure positive interactions with patients and referrers
  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  3. Provide timely and professional support to patients and referrers through inbound calls and enquiries
  4. Upskill and reskill to meet the evolving needs of our organisation and stakeholders
  5. Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening and questioning techniques
  • Previous call centre experience highly regarded; however, training can be provided
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and adaptability
