
Patient Experience Advocate

This role presents a dynamic and engaging opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in an inbound call centre environment where you will interact with patients to deliver outstanding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Taking inbound calls and determining the required service
- Delivering prompt and effective responses to patient bookings and enquiries
- Notifying patients of requirements prior to their visit
- Liaising with technical and support staff regarding booked services
- Quoting accurate fees for service and Medicare rebate amount
- Booking the service into the appointment diary at the relevant site
- Performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor from time to time
- You must possess excellent communication and telephone skills – being articulate, able to listen, and having empathy
- Prior experience in customer service or call centres with the ability to handle high volumes of calls
- Being computer literate with the ability to learn systems
- A proactive approach to learning and development is highly regarded
- Healthcare/medical reception experience will be highly valued
- RIS/PACs systems experience will also be highly valued
