Job Summary

This role presents a dynamic and engaging opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in an inbound call centre environment where you will interact with patients to deliver outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls and determining the required service
  • Delivering prompt and effective responses to patient bookings and enquiries
  • Notifying patients of requirements prior to their visit
  • Liaising with technical and support staff regarding booked services
  • Quoting accurate fees for service and Medicare rebate amount
  • Booking the service into the appointment diary at the relevant site
  • Performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor from time to time
About You
  • You must possess excellent communication and telephone skills – being articulate, able to listen, and having empathy
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centres with the ability to handle high volumes of calls
  • Being computer literate with the ability to learn systems
  • A proactive approach to learning and development is highly regarded
  • Healthcare/medical reception experience will be highly valued
  • RIS/PACs systems experience will also be highly valued
