We are seeking experienced and dynamic Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team in providing life-changing support to individuals with disabilities.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans that focus on eliminating restrictive practices in home and community settings.

You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants, their families, and carers, helping them to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning. This role requires strong time management and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current suitability status confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Core or Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
