Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing person-centred active support to individuals living with disabilities, including day-to-day care for residents between two Supported Independent Living homes in Forster. This role requires you to provide assistance with personal care, manual handling, and behaviour support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality person-centred support to people living with disabilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support for residents in Forster
- Assist with personal care, manual handling, and behaviour support as required
- Current unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant experience or education in Disability or Mental Health
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals of people with disabilities
