About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll professional to join our accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements, and other payroll compliance tasks, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the activation of commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing cash flow and minimizing financial risks.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll position, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Proven expertise in using MYOB, ADP payroll, and Xero, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
