  • Deliver a positive employee experience across the full worker lifecycle.
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding processes including contract reviews, compliance checks, and inductions.
  • Manage and resolve request tickets from employees, clients, and internal teams within established service levels.
  • Conduct regular milestone calls to identify concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Support employees with HR inquiries relating to policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
  • Elevate complex matters to HR, payroll, or legal while maintaining ownership of the employee experience.
  • Contribute to reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.
