Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in sales, finance, and order management.

  • Sales Support & Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate customer records and assist the sales team with order processing and quotation preparation.
    • Analyze sales data to prepare regular sales performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support CRM updates and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Order & Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipment schedules.
    • Track logistics, customs documentation, and delivery status to resolve supply chain issues promptly.
  • Finance & Administration:
    • Assist with routine finance-related tasks, including bank transactions, invoicing, and expense tracking.
    • Support the preparation of tax and compliance documents in collaboration with external accountants.
    • Reconcile financial records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Cross-functional Support:
    • Liaise with global teams to ensure consistent communication and facilitate knowledge sharing.
    • Provide general office administration and support business projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (desired but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, order management, or finance is beneficial, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data and reports.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential, with Chinese language skills highly valued.
