- Ensuring that Council’s interactions with customers align with our brand, enhances our relationships with our diverse customer base, and improves customer satisfaction.

- Manage all aspects of Councils payroll, accounts payable and revenue function, monitoring compliance with relevant instruments whilst implementing industry best practice.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key operating partners in the organisation.
- Utilise and share your strong experience and work collaboratively with the Financial Services Leadership Group to meet Councils strategic objectives.
