Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

This is a senior-level financial accounting position where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, compliance and process efficiencies.

The Role:

You will be responsible for streamlining financial processes, ensuring robust internal controls and supporting key commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include month-end financial reporting, general ledger reviews and reconciliations, preparation of budgets and forecasts, tax compliance and managing internal and external audits.

  1. Month-end financial reporting and analysis
  2. Budgeting and forecasting
  3. Tax compliance and management
  4. Audit management and compliance

You will also be responsible for overseeing customer rebate and incentive accruals, driving process improvements and system efficiencies, and business partnering with internal stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for process improvement and commercial finance. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of financial operations, identifying efficiencies and implementing change.

  • Certified public accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent
  • Solid experience in a similar financial accounting role within multinational FMCG, manufacturing or wholesale industries
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and compliance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive financial insights
