About This Role:

This position will support a Parental Leave period and provide a commercial Talent Business Partner function in our People & Culture department.

You'll develop proactive partnerships with senior business leaders across our ANZ commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people priorities using data-driven approaches.
  • Drive talent development by enhancing our talent & succession planning.
  • Coach senior leaders and peers to achieve their full potential.
  • Shape our leadership culture to promote growth and excellence.
  • Build high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and development.
  • Collaborate closely with experts in Talent, Reward and other departments to build effective solutions.
About You:

  • You have experience in shaping and managing organizational change.
  • You possess knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Australia.
  • You have a track record of developing strong relationships at all levels.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who can make a significant impact.

  • You possess excellent relationship building, coaching and influencing skills.
  • You have a data-driven and solutions-focused approach.
  • You hold a degree in Business and/or Human Resources.
  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You are a natural leader.
