About This Role:This position will support a Parental Leave period and provide a commercial Talent Business Partner function in our People & Culture department.
You'll develop proactive partnerships with senior business leaders across our ANZ commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement people priorities using data-driven approaches.
- Drive talent development by enhancing our talent & succession planning.
- Coach senior leaders and peers to achieve their full potential.
- Shape our leadership culture to promote growth and excellence.
- Build high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and development.
- Collaborate closely with experts in Talent, Reward and other departments to build effective solutions.
- You value a performance-driven culture fueled by authentic caring.
- You have experience in shaping and managing organizational change.
- You possess knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Australia.
- You have a track record of developing strong relationships at all levels.
- You are a highly motivated self-starter who can make a significant impact.
- You have experience within a similar role or environment.
- You possess excellent relationship building, coaching and influencing skills.
- You have a data-driven and solutions-focused approach.
- You hold a degree in Business and/or Human Resources.
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You are a natural leader.
