  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to build a skilled and purposeful workforce.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of leaders and specialists responsible for the creation and implementation of innovative strategies.

  • Collaborate with our People and Culture team to ensure we have the workforce to meet our challenges and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key skills and qualifications required for success.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience in leading recruitment teams/functions including the development and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies and the management and optimisation of a customer service focused team.
