About the Role: As a senior human resources business partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide guidance and oversight throughout.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Analyze and present people data to influence senior stakeholders and inform talent solutions.
- Develop and implement programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent across teams and functions.
- Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with confidence and care, balancing business and people priorities.
- Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce strategy, performance management, coaching, team planning, and employee relations.
- Continuously improve our people processes and challenge the status quo with smarter, more effective solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in global, fast-paced environments.
- A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
- Hands-on experience running global HR projects, juggling different cultures and time zones.
- Deep fluency in org design, performance management, development, engagement, and employee relations.
- Comfortable analyzing and presenting people data to influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Dayforce, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and MS Office.
- Well-versed in employment laws and compliance.
