Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key roles.
  • Early Talent and Talent Readiness: Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs, using data to track talent trends and measure program impact.
  • Talent Forecasting: Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends.
  • Internal Mobility: Own and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
