About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Transformation team as a Director/Senior Director. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our practice, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver on the execution of various engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal project teams across the entire company lifecycle in domestic and multinational companies across a variety of industries.
  • Manage various engagements and work directly with clients and FTI Consulting Executives.
  • Lead due diligence mandates, including commercial and financial due diligence matters.
  • Develop performance improvement projects, assist with strategy development, and design organisational structures.
  • Develop and/or review financial and cash flow models.
  • Conduct merger integration planning and execution.
  • Perform industry and company research and assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
  • Lead program management office (PMO) and implementation support roles for special situations engagements.
  • Help mentor and train junior staff, on and off projects, and provide internal thought leadership on various industry topics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and quantitative exhibits for clients and third parties.
  • Network and build internal relationships with members of the BT team and other FTI Consulting service areas.

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in a consulting, professional services firm, or combination with industry experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage specific deliverables, work streams, and junior staff.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful client engagements in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and full MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with big data sets to conduct research and analysis on products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities, draw conclusions, and effectively communicate and present data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team development and mentorship.
