Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Director to join our highly collaborative team at a Global Insurance organisation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Insurance experience, particularly with Commercial Products, and a proven track record of driving transformation projects forward.

This is a unique opportunity for someone hungry and driven, with a fantastic PM toolkit, to play a vital role in our exciting Transformation journey.

The successful candidate will have a competitive day rate contract on offer with likely extensions beyond the initial 12-month term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and project sponsors.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Insurance, with a focus on Commercial Products.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
