As a trusted business partner to our leadership team, you'll proactively drive the transformation agenda, ensuring effective execution and delivery of targeted transformation outcomes. You'll represent our LT sponsors in relevant forums, apply sound judgement to decision making, and leverage your commercial and operational experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating a better pub experience for our customers and teams. You'll drive programs of work, overcome barriers to successful transformation delivery, and refine solutions in partnership with business teams. If you're excited about delivering real impact for venue teams and guests, and enjoy problem solving and delivering results in real time, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the transformation agenda and ensuring effective execution and delivery of targeted transformation outcomes
  • Representing LT sponsors in relevant forums and applying sound judgement to decision making
  • Leveraging commercial and operational experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives
  • Driving programs of work, overcoming barriers to successful transformation delivery, and refining solutions in partnership with business teams
  • Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with other matrixed teams in the business to ensure successful delivery of strategic and transformation priorities
