This is a fantastic opportunity to join NielsenIQ, a leading global measurement and data analytics company, as the Transformation Director for Commercial Excellence in Australia. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and spearhead efforts to develop and execute a robust commercial strategy.

The position involves defining and refining the proposition for the Omni Shopper Panel, guiding product development based on consumer feedback, and identifying new opportunities to enhance market penetration.

As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of achieving Operating Plan targets, including proactively identifying revenue gaps and devising plans to close them. You will also coordinate annual Operating Plan setting with targets that are both realistic and ambitious, ensuring accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual OP in collaboration with the AD Team.

The Transformation Director for Commercial Excellence in Australia will lead the development, refinement, and execution of the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia, including developing and implementing sales plans focused on client acquisition. This role requires a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with skills in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals effectively.

You will be responsible for establishing credibility with peers and senior leadership both with clients and internally, building a reputation as a trusted partner who brings value to the client's business. Externally, you will foster open-mindedness and encourage creative thinking to nurture continuous improvement culture.

The estimated salary for this role is around $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
