About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our Adobe Practice and Digital MarTech Practice in NSW, Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of enterprise-level MarTech consulting services, including presales, discovery, implementation, and client onboarding and training.
  • Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and reviewing and QA their approach and work.
  • Designing solutions that meet immediate needs while building long-term strategic solutions.
  • Exceeding customer expectations through thought leadership, innovative strategic advice, and ensuring consistent, timely, and effective delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborating and building relationships with Adobe, internal Capgemini, and external stakeholders to grow our practice and enhance our services delivery reputation.

About You:

  • 10+ years of marketing technology or digital CX experience, including working for consulting companies or digital agencies with relevant experience on strategy, digital marketing, MarTech transformations, and content management.
  • 3+ years of line management or people management and administration experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of being the project lead or technical delivery manager across digital marketing or content management using Adobe technology or similar.
