Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and consulting team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to gather information about their current pain points and technical specifications, enabling us to create customised solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise in our healthcare software products, including features, functionality, and technical aspects, to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers.
  • Proposal Development: Work closely with sales representatives to create compelling proposals that highlight the technical benefits of our solutions, ensuring customers receive comprehensive and accurate information to inform their purchasing decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions, considering factors such as scalability, integration, security, and compliance, to deliver high-quality results for our customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
About the Role

This is a full-time position based in [location]. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
