Change Manager Role Overview

The Change Manager is responsible for ensuring organisational change management support to key projects. This role involves managing the impact of change to ensure our business & people are ready, willing and able to accept the change into their day-to-day working lives.

This position requires a proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of Change Management experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track history of change management delivery on complex projects across multiple business groups
  • Strategic stakeholder skills (both internal and external)
  • Experience of risk and issue management
  • People management expertise
  • Project management experience

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, with strong ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as needed. They will also possess excellent relationship management skills and strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
