About the RoleThe role sits at the centre of decision-making, reporting directly to the Head of HR Projects and working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of an end-to-end organisational change program, including restructures and workforce transitions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement a structured change management plan
- Conduct impact assessments and manage critical project milestones
- Partner with line managers to provide guidance and support throughout consultation phases
- Engage with stakeholders, leveraging in-house expertise
- Translate strategic design decisions into operational outcomes, ensuring compliance with government policy
- Monitor project progress, risk and outcomes, providing regular reporting to executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success delivering change management projects (essential)
- Deep understanding of public sector frameworks and restructures
- Experience managing sensitive, confidential projects involving redundancies or role redesign
- Experience in workforce design, planning and organisational restructuring
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level
- Hands-on delivery style, with comfort navigating ambiguity and tight timeframes
