About the Role

The role sits at the centre of decision-making, reporting directly to the Head of HR Projects and working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in workforce design, planning and organisational restructuring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level
  • Hands-on delivery style, with comfort navigating ambiguity and tight timeframes
