Job Summary

As a leader in organisational design, you will drive the execution of high-performance and consumer-first initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leaders across media, production, and commercial teams to facilitate transformational workforce change.
  • Lead a small team of specialists to deliver impactful and consistent change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective operating models that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads and senior leaders to identify and address key performance gaps.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve stakeholder engagement and influence.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units.
