Job Opportunity

A senior HR professional is sought to spearhead an end-to-end organisational change initiative, encompassing restructurings and workforce transitions.

  • Foster collaboration with executive leadership to design and implement a structured change management plan
  • Conduct impact assessments and manage pivotal project milestones
  • Partner with line managers to provide guidance and support throughout consultation phases
  • Negotiate with unions and IR stakeholders, leveraging in-house industrial relations expertise
  • Translate strategic design decisions into operational outcomes, ensuring compliance with NSW Government regulations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, high-impact transformation projects
  • Develop and execute change management strategies
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at the executive level
  • Navigate ambiguity and tight deadlines
About the Role:

This role sits at the heart of decision-making, reporting directly to the Head of HR Projects and working closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, COO, and CPO.
