Change Manager Role - Organisational Reform Initiative

This pivotal role in a major organisational reform initiative focuses on restructuring and operating model transformation. You will support a large portfolio of business-led change programs, ensuring change management frameworks are effectively implemented across divisions.

  • Lead and implement tailored change management plans for a wide-reaching transformation portfolio.
  • Engage and coach senior leaders, sponsors, and delivery teams to uplift change capability.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business leads to embed new processes and behaviours.
  • Coordinate across divisions to ensure consistent messaging and integration with other change projects.
  • Design and deliver engaging communications and training strategies.
  • Evaluate change effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage change scope and proposals to assess impacts on schedules and resource planning.
About the Opportunity
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change across complex, multi-stream environments, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong background in process redesign, transformation programs, or restructuring projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and proactively shape change direction.
