About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Lean Marketing. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Market Research and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments that may impact sales opportunities and client needs. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance against targets, and market insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration with Client Success Manager: Partner with the Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a previous consultative sales role, ideally within a purpose-driven or non-profit organisation, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technologies to manage pipelines, track leads, and maintain client records efficiently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Competitive Compensation: On-target earnings (OTE) of $175,000, including a $7,000/month recoverable draw to support your success and financial stability while building your sales pipeline.
