About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Diagnostic & Medical Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans with clear targets and strategies.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support to help team members achieve their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
    • Oversee the use of our sales programs and systems, ensuring accurate data and efficient sales processes.
  • Sales and Coordination:
    • Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.
    • Work closely with the marketing and advertising team to ensure seamless execution of all strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales efforts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Quarterly Venue Audit:
    • Conduct quarterly audits of competitor venues and report findings to senior management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Working rights required for this role.
  • Expected salary: $120,000 per year.
