**THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITY**

As a key member of our team, you will serve as a primary contact point for operational staff who need assistance with rostering and compliance.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional analytical skills to monitor and analyze the RITEQ system to ensure seamless compliance and prevent breaches of employment conditions.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders at all times while identifying and reporting any discrepancies that arise.
