As part of our commitment to diversity, we're seeking an experienced Compliance and Rostering Specialist to join our team.

The Role

As this key role, you'll partner with divisional stakeholders to design and implement effective rostering strategies that drive employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address rostering compliance issues.
  • Administering TANDA rostering systems, including configuration and continuous improvement projects.
  • Developing and innovating compliance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Curating and managing databases of rostering documentation, including system permissions.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • Proven experience in rostering and systems administration within a public broadcast environment.
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly Excel, to tell compelling stories with data.
  • System administration expertise in TANDA or similar rostering systems.
  • Outstanding organisational skills to maintain meticulous records and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
