We are seeking an experienced Roster Management Specialist to join our team. As a Roster Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rostering system.
Your primary responsibility will be to allocate and assign staff to shifts, ensuring compliance with industrial agreements, contracts, and regulations.
You will also be responsible for understanding client service requests and support needs to accurately match support workers.
In addition, you will assess any request to make changes to agreed services and communicate to Service Delivery Manager for approval.
Maintain accurate record management within the rostering system aligned with the NDIS price guidelines.
The successful candidate will have proven experience with rostering and scheduling CRM systems, preferably in a healthcare or service-orientated environment.
A strong organisational and time management skillset is essential, with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a high-pressure environment, think critically, and resolve complex scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
