Rostering Specialist

As a rosters specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining fortnightly rosters ensuring leave, training, and other ad-hoc requirements are facilitated while balancing operational needs.

Organise shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing across a wide range of roles and responsibilities. This includes working a mix of Monday to Friday and shifts in a 24x7 environment based on operational requirements.

About the role

This is a permanent full-time role within the day operations rostering team. You will liaise with stakeholders across levels including Rail Operations frontline employees and Senior management.

Good communication skills and flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment are essential. Ideally, you have previous rostering experience preferably working with Microster rostering system, with a good understanding of MS Excel, Genesys phone system and Salesforce also desired.
