**The Department**
News doesn't stop and neither do we Reporting to the Manager, Compliance and Rostering Best Practice, this role will see you use your Rostering and HR skills to partner with our divisional rostering stakeholders, to create amazing employee experiences through creating optimised and flexible staff work patterns.
**The Role**
In this role, you will:
- collaborate with the business, performing regular rostering compliance checks and engaging with rostering stakeholders where remediation is needed
- Administer Rostering Systems including continuous improvement projects and system configuration
- Produce and innovate compliance reports
- Curate and manage databases of rostering documentation including system permissions
**About you**
Ideally, you will be:
- A rostering and systems professional looking to support robust processes in a public broadcast operation that runs 24/7 365 days a year, with extensive experience with Enterprise Agreements based rostering
- Skilled in MS Office suit, especially with experience of telling a story with data through Excel
- System Administration in TANDA (or similar) Rostering system
- Outstanding organisational skills. This is a relatively new business function with scope to bring you own meticulous touch to how we administer and run compliance in rostering
- Instead of stating excellent communication skills rather put, A confident presenter that can communicate and tailor complex ideas in a meaningful and beneficial way to a range of stakeholders.
