Roster Management Position

We are seeking a skilled roster specialist to effectively manage and coordinate the workforce in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that staffing levels meet service demands, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

To be successful in this position, you will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage workforce scheduling to meet operational requirements
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to optimize resource utilization
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare or recruitment environment is highly desirable
  • A high level of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
